MC2 game works fine on Win7
This game reminds me of my younger days of playing Midtown Madness 1 and 2. Same driving style and peds animations.
I know the same devs made both midtown madness and midnight club. This game works fine on Win7 64bit. Just because the store says it doesn't support win7 doesn't mean it might or might not work on Win7 or Vista. It just means that if you need offical help, Rockstar won't provide support hence the word "Support". Besides we got the forums to help you if you need any help but this game should run on win7 without any tweaking. I just got off playing it for about half an hour and came here to post this. |

And support widescreen resolution.
And have xbox 360 controller support. And don't have any problem with multi core cpu. Working out of the Box! |

Also getting MC2 working fine on W7.
Didn't have to tweak anything. running at 1920x1200x32 CPU is i5 2500k No controller to test with, but this game needs it. Using just a keyboard the car is near uncontrollable. I can barely start the second race because I need to drive through a very narrow gate. |

DarthPsymon Only the first car you get is hard to control, those that follow control way better than the initial one.
The first reaction after I replayed the first race from this game: "Good God, how did I play this game back in the day with these awful controls?!" But after I swapped several vehicles: "Now this is actually enjoyable". Once you changed 3-4 cars the control gets better and better, so don't abandon the game after the initial race. You don't know what you are missing.
