Can't access my account.

Hi to all.i need help.i open a tiket but they are so slow...yesterday wanna change my steam to another partition.and i unistal.then steam guard need that code.but i don't get it on my mail.i try to put on contact and all way's just to get my account back.he has only dota 2 on him.i win it on play dota.com.i have the cd key.but on tha page of play dota i delete that message.cause s1 try to hack my account when they see i win that key.
i send photo with my mail from steam.can s1 help me??
look at date from steam...
