and i always thought quick scope is when u instantly zoom on ur enemy and shoot and not to reaim and then shoot

That's not a quickscope.
At least, it's not a quickscope in the name that the cs community knows it by.

quick scoping and no scoping are perfectly possible in CSGO and I think they should be.
The video you posted however isn't quickscoping. Quickscoping is when you tap mouse2 just before or ~at same time as mouse1 so you are scoping in while shooting. Makes the AWP more accurate than noscoping, but doesn't give you time to really aim through the scope. The skill behind this is knowing where the center of your screen is, so you aim before scoping and shoot while the scope is zooming in.

EDIT: Opened GO, got an AWP in warmup and started fraps... This is a quickscope. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQcx9GwgJvw... Not ment to be a awesome/super frag, but this is more like what a quickscope looks like
