My video Review of the CSGO beta

Hi

I put together a video review of the CSGO beta , focused mostly on the classic competitive mode.

I hope it helps people without a beta key get an idea for the game and see what I perceive to be the most significant changes from the other CS games.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWjIr76ol2Q&feature=plcp

This is my first review video so be kind or slag me off ( so long as you tell me why) , I know its not perfect and I hope the lessons I learned making this will apply to the next video review I make!

Any ideas for what people would like to see in future reviews would be nice.

Thanks & Take care.

Seems like a good honest, and very fair review.

I'm glad it wasn't a 9 minute video about how much CSGO sucks and how many bugs are in the game. Most people seem to be taking that stance at the moment.

Yah I think the thing is from the perspective of a Pro player CSGO has issues , but from the perspective of 70% of the people that play and enjoy CS1.6 CSS CS GO is really good.

on-top of that it allows people that don't have the time for clan matches or the ability to organise it , to get close to that Experience with no effort.

I like to think overtime CSGO will become fine-tuned to the piont pro players of 1.6 and css will enjoy it more , though its most likely that there will simply be three groups of CS players now instead of the 2.

Yeah it seems that way. I think the game will turn out good it will take time, cs and css didn't become what they are over night. But yeah it is hard to change peoples minds who are set on playing only one thing. Best off leaving them there. They really only hinder the future of CSGO.

My review is better, and yes I am that old school cs awper. The game is awesome, its solid, its registration is dead on. I love it. Best cs version, I was a skeptic when I first started. But Now I never played cs so much before since like 2006. The whole thing is awesome. I just hope they add more competitive maps like de_cpl mill de_contra those kind of maps are my kind of style.

ALSO in my opinion they need to take out CS maps in rotation with the DE maps. It just gets in the way.

ALSO there should be a penalty for people who rage quit. I make alot of people rage quit. There should be like a 10 min ban in competitive mode like in esea.

You don't even know the name of the game. "Global Ops". Your video is just yourunning around killing people and bots...how is this a review?

Awesome review, thanks!

Makes me really want the beta, really good to see the good points among all the complaining.

I appreciated that this was a real review, instead of a polemic. Overall, it was very well done.

Amazing review and I agree if CS GO would be lunched by its current state I would easily play it for years.

Can't wait for the finished product.
