I cannot launch the game Luxor.

I've tried verifying the game files and that did not help. How can I launch my Luxor game?

Exit Steam and set it to run in Compatibility Mode for Win XP Service Pack 2 and start the game. (I played the first level.)

After that, you can reset Steam to run in Win 7 and the game will run fine.

EDIT: After I put my computer in Sleep mode, I had to repeat the process. (This time I just launched the game in Compatibility Mode, rather than playing any - seems fine.)
