Can't buy game

Hi. I can't buy game. I must say that now I'm on mobile. At first I thougt that it's related to mobile app, but I also tried website (both mobile and regular versions), same thing.
I've tried to buy Quantum Conundrum as a gift. And on page where I must choose way of delivery, it's all stops. Nothing happens then. I can press back, but can't go forward. Issue not related to network, happens on wifi and 3g.

No errors. Button "proceed" (or whatever it named in english) doesn't do anything.

Did you click the tick box for the "disclaimer"? Sometimes people miss that.

This checkbox is on purchase confirmation page. And I can't even choose how gift will be sent.

Can you confirm how you're going through it?

1) Put game in cart
2) In check out you selected "Purchase as Gift"
3) In the "Gift Delivery" screen try selecting "Store the gift in my inventory for later"

Any options in third step aren't working. When I select any of them, and then press next, nothing happens. Page doesn't load. And I repeat: problem is not in network, everything else works fine.

Have you tried a different game just for the heck of it? Clear out your cart add a new one and see what happens.

Also can you clarify that you're getting this issue on a desktop browser as well?

At last I managed to get home.
I bought Quantum from desktop Steam client. And tried to buy as gift Arma II CO from mobile app — same thing, just nothing happens.
But I also tried to buy Cube Pack from mobile browser (full site version, not mobile) and it worked well.

I see looks like the mobile app has a bug with gifting games. I'm running iPhone4S on 5.1.1 and I can replicate your issue with the mobile app.

I did try it on Safari on the iPhone, which gives you the mobile website version and that doesn't give you the issue.

I recommend you submit a bug report to the Mobile App sub-forum clearly outlining the issue. It appears to not be a problem on the mobile version of the website though.
