Yeah, that's probably the best possible outcome for the pyro's identity.

Nobody is really gonna be happy if pyro is just some chick (like Rochelle lololol) or scouts mom or poopy frickin Joe.

Unless of course it were something interesting like a rubber suit over another piece of clothing with layers of clothes underneath and when you finally strip off all the clothing it's a lifeless broom... that would be fun.

The usage of crit sounds in anything with cats, that is TF2 related is overextended.

That's not the ending of Meet the Pyro.
Yesterday I went to Valve, I said:
"I got ze super Aids, plz lemme watch that funi Pyro .mov before I has ded"

I wasn't allowed to record it, but I did it anyways, sadly I only got the ending, Robin's hats fell down and he was to busy picking them up, he didn't even notice how I recorded it.

So here's the ending of Meet the Pyro! Tis' a joke

I think the mask will be removed, but not to camera, more likely that you'll see the Pyro from behind, with the camera just low enough to see the back of the neck, all the characters gasp except for one (Probably Soldier) going "Eh, I called it".
