Arrow Inofficial Dunka Dunka Tournaments

Hey all!

For a long time there has been no bigger Versus event in Magicka.
And I couldn't find any groups to organize some funny Tournaments.
Therefore I decided to get active myself and organize
"Inoffical Dunka Dunka Tournaments" ()

A tournament would take far too much time with too many players. Due to that, there can only play 16 players in each tournament...

But don't worry:
If this tournament is a succes, we make a second. ( And a third and a fourth... )
EDIT: Group is a succes, more tournaments on the way

If you agree, I film the matches with Fraps (no Livestream) and upload them to my Youtube Account.

The rules:

Allowed robes:
  • Vanilla Robe
  • Crusader Robe
  • Cultist Robe (DLC)
  • Robe and Hat (DLC)
  • Patched Robe
  • Reservoir Robe
  • Frontier Robe (DLC)
  • Battle Robe Uniform (DLC)
  • Bathrobe Wizard (DLC)
  • Nippon Robe (DLC)

If you refuse to wear one of those robes, you exit from the Tournament.

How will we play:
Like in a simple qualifying contest, the players will fight another, randomly chosen player.
The losers exit from the tournament!
The winners come into the second round and, again, fight a randomly chosen player ( a winner of the first round).
And so on.
First round is on the first day, the second and the third rounds are on the second day.
(Saturday & Sunday)

Settings:
Krietor's Tourney - 5 minutes (no changes)
If you want we/you can play on the new modded maps too:
Krietor's Modpack v2
w!zaron Modpack

Makros are not allowed

To sign in, >join this group< in Steam.
You find all informations you need in the group.

I will update this Thread after every tournament.
Hall of fame is down there:

Winners of the 1st Tournament:
CANCELED

Winners of the 2nd Tournament:
1 SoulFlayer
2 w!z@rD
3 Dikharz

May the Magick be with you!

Verify in the event announcement that your comment to sign in is really there. Sometimes the comments don't show up...

Unfortunately, we had to cancel the first tournament due to not enough ppl showing up.

But there were enough players for the second tournament, so I'll upload the videos to my Youtube account soon.
Make sure you don't miss that! ;D

I have a question. How exactly does one verify if a "makro" is used?

You can see it. :P
Also, people who use macros usually cast spells very fast but have no tactical skills, so....

But why don't you sign up and play with us?

No point in me joining, then. My ability to spam the f$@# out of Lightning Strike and meager skills would no doubt be considered cheating.
