I can bring down a HP stacked person in one burst with decent aim . Tight spread medium-long range. This is definitely my fave setup so far!

LOL! sure buddy. go read blacklight retribution forum. The gun is already scheduled to be nerfed (when? IDK, when they milk enough money from it). NOW do yourself a favour and go read the stats on that gun. TELL ME, if any gun is actually better than it.

I have a pretty sweet bolt action setup that works for all ranges. Unless they're completely HP stacked it's an automatic 1 hit killer at 200 damage:

Receiver: Bolt-action
Muzzle: Vulcan R19 Rift
Barrel: Krane GX3 Heavy
Scope: OPRL Reflex-2 Holo
Stock: Silverwood BRS tactical

Pretty much goes well for on the fly sniping. Yes, there is a holographic sight on the gun, similar to the one on the SMG in starter pack it has no frame so you have more situational awareness. It has a fast scope in at 0.30 seconds, making that you can off an SMG user at close range if you have aim. Bodyshots will kill anyone not wearing heavy armor in one hit. End of. Only limitation, no zoom for long range, but there's no bullet drop, so aim for the dot.

Typically I use a light armor setup with this weapon. Run (relatively) fast, aim fast, kill.

As secondary I use a shotgun or burst pistol.

Heavy AR has high damage but you won't hit f*all at range I picked up a couple and the recoil just goes right up. It's killer at close quarters tho. Small map dominator.

it actually has very accurate first shot. with all dmg mods on ur HMG.... already high dmg... automatic.....

I cant wait to unlock the shotgun mod . Ive been knocked on my ♥♥♥ quite a few times by it, and it seems like a nice secondary. Im just using the premade burst pistol the steam starter pack came with. Poison is funny in this game, any time i get a kill with it, its after Ive respawned and the poison killed them lol!

I havent tried sniping or smgs in this game yet, been sticking to AR and I cant stand LMGs so I just avoid em.

Ive never seen this OP lmg the other guy was venting about. Maybe its killed me, maybe it hasnt. But as far as an OP gun would go in this game. Id say blame the man, not the machine.

The OP gun is a heavy assault rifle. But to be honest the normal AS is better balanced. the Heavy has recoil up the wazoo.

Avoid the combat rifle, it's weak. The 3-burst rifle is great too. SMG's suck at any range except 1-10 meters =P

Then you do around 80 dmg. 1 accurate bullet = 80/200 damage. At long range the second will likely miss due to recoil. Like I said, close quarters.

AR with everything focussed on maximizing accuracy, and minimizing recoil.

I tried the combat rifle. Yeah its accurate as hell, but it has zero stopping power. I became decent with it, but the low damage makes it terrible.

I find that the recoil for the burst rifle actually helps kill people. If you land the first shot in just the right place, youll end up one shotting people because the 2nd pr 3rd bullet ends up in their melon .

Everytime I look for a new upgrage, reduce spread is the first stat I look for .

Lol no. Just pull your mouse down. HAR is incredibly easy at long range :|
