I have this error for few weeks. am i the only one with these?

I think that's just you. A couple things to try:

In your game library, right-click Cogs and select Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

The other simple thing to try is just quitting and restarting the Steam client.

If neither of those works, try reinstalling completely. First delete the local content by right-clicking Cogs and selecting Delete Local Content. Once that's done, you can reinstall. Since Cogs uses the Steam Cloud, you shouldn't lose any of your progress.
