How to split the viewport into primary/secondary?

I haven't seen in Valve's official tutorials on accomplishing this. How would this be done? I've tried opening the viewpoint but I couldn't find the box to put it in a different location.

EDIT: I've figured it out. Problem is, I get a black bar. How do I fix?

- Windows-> View Secondary Viewport
- click and hold the actual tab of the 2nd viewport and drag it to the main SFM center, you should see a bunch of squares representing where the viewport will snap too when you release the mouse button.

the one i use is the right side box of the center 5 which puts it side by side the main viewport

Alright. I have a problem. Whenever I loaded my session back up, I get a dark Work Camera because in the first frame, it's barely seeable, but I made it fade out. How do I fix this?
