Cant add game to my library

I've bought several games in the Summer Sale as gift (in my inventory). I touhgt if I keep them there I still can trade the games with some one else if there is a deal I like more.

But now I want to add them to my library but it only shows an error:

Sorry, an error has occurred:

Unable to add the gift to your game library. The gift may have already been redeemed. Please try again later.

please help.

I had the same problem yesterday. Restart steam helped me.
Give it a try mate.

Keep trying "Add game to my library" (almost like spamming it), same thing happened to me. It usually takes 3-5 times before you see the add game to my library popup.

Just wanted to confirm that this worked for me as well - tried restarting Steam several times, just spamming the "add game to library" button did work though.

Good lookin out there. Was having this problem with the Tropico 3 bundle, just spammed the hell outta it and it worked.
