Can't activate this title
Bought this yesterday and have been looking forward to playing it because of the hype from my friends who loved it.
Now I have finished installing it, along with 5 other games and counting and securom won't let me play the ♥♥♥♥ing thing because it isn't happy with the fact it's already on steam, with a serial key attached TO my ♥♥♥♥ing steam account, through which I launched the game. Everytime I use the serial request key, which isn't even a real key it's just a code sent to their HQ so you can ask for a real key which is the single best example of red tape / bureaucracy I can imagine and totally pointless because I already HAVE one thanks to steam. So when I send it, it just automatically terminates or doesn't even bother sending it saying there's a problem. So questions: How do I activate this game? And why can't I use my steam approved serial key to do it? |

I couldn't activate either. Here is what I did:
right click on batman:: AA, then "view Game CD key", "copy to clipboard'. Then launch the game, the securom popup, I paste the cd key. securrom says serial was not found in the database. |

Same problem here. I submitted a ticket to SecureROM hours ago. Still awaiting a response. Anyone get a response or resolution yet?

I had the same problem. I opened a ticket with STEAM. They are aware that this game is having problems and they're working on the issue.

Same problem here. I issued a ticket to Securom, no response yet. I really hope they fix this soon.

Having the exact same problem. Already sent them an e-mail more than 24 hours ago, no response.
They know their service is full of problems, and they still keep up with the unresponsive, useless support routine. SecuROM is a joke, and we're the clowns. |

same problem here...i checked: it happened exactly the same thing every time steam does the sales (same game). That time they fixed the issue, they will fix it again...i hope so...!

I purchased this game on wednesday. Could't activate and contacted SecuRom. now they want me to create an Analysislog to send to them. Why should I do that if this is a known issue. Anyone else got it to activate yet?
