Cant change language to spanish

Hi.

When I bought AOE3 I had the steam in english

I can play duke nukem in english (i had it before) but seems no way to set the AOE3 in spanish.
When i go in properties i cant see it and I tried to delete game locally, all registry clean up with a registry cleaner... didnt work.

My current steam interface is set in spanish, but doesnt work.

Any ideas how i can make it download in spanish?

The Steam version is english only, you can check the languages available in the store page of each game before purchasing.
