Bought game but not in my library.

Hey, about 17 hours ago I bought the stalker pack off store for £5.19, added it to cart then went through the payment process using purchase for myself and paying via paypal, yet after the transaction finished the games were not added to my library!

I have signed in and out multiple times, turned my pc off and restarted as upon searching for similar threads it seemed that this fixed the problem for some people, but they still are not there. I was not sent a steam email confirming my purchase unlike when I have previously bought things off the steam store, and on the store it does not recognize that I have already bought the stalker games (ie. it says add to cart on the store pages of the games).

However, I have been charged on my paypal account. Is it likely that this will sort itself out/is there anything I can do, or do I need to submit a support ticket?

Thanks.

Contact the steamsupport via supportticket and ask for your game. Maybe a bug or maybe steam ran out of keys.

A simple steam restart usually cures missing games so you may have to wait or contact support as already suggested.

Did you get an email from Valve with a confirmation of your purchase?

Tried that to no effect, it looks as if I must choose between waiting and contacting support.

Then maybe the purchase did not register/ go through yet on the Steam/Valve servers or it is aPayPal issue sending the funds?

Maybe the transaction on paypal is a "hold" until Valve gets payment.

I always get an email confirmation with # after I purchase.

(I save them all incase I ever need them)

If you want it before the deal expire, make a new steam account and buy it as a gift.
