There are some good free ones out there. I'd give Nethack and Dungeon Crawl a try.

Hack Slash Loot is another, but although I haven't played it, it just looks like a poor man's Dungeons of Dredmor to me.

Hack, Slash, Loot is decent. Realm of the Mad God is a bullet-hell MMO with roguelike elements. Faster Than Light is another I'm looking at, but it's not out yet. It's been in beta for about a month and it's not on Steam. Might be though.

Most roguelikes are nowhere close to being as accessible as Dredmor or Isaac. Thankfully, that's changing.

Hack Slash Loot is another one - it's not bad (especially after the latest patch), but it's not stellar either.

I can't think of any other roguelikes on Steam though. You might haev more like on other sites - for exmaple, Gamersgate have a couple (such as Cardinal Quest, which is very slick and fun, if a little simplistic).

Also, if you have a DS, I'd recommend Shiren the Wanderer. They somehow managed to weave both a narrative and party members into a roguelike game. Very cool stuff.

There is Hack, Slash, Loot. It kind of sucks, but it's the only other true roguelike I can think of:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/207430/

Otherwise, The Realm of the Mad God is kind of an action roguelike, it's free to play game, though.

Edit: triple ninja'd

Great game, but a JRPG and not a roguelike in any way, so not what the OP is looking for.

It's not on Steam but Cardinal Quest is a ton of fun.

Surprised that Sword of the Stars: The Pit and Teleglitch haven't been mentioned yet. Sword of the Stars in particular will be perfect for you if you want another great rougelike in a similar vein to DoD.
