I bought the oblivion GOTY yesterday on steam still same error. does anybody know where oblivion installs it's load order files(s)
Another thing i have noticed and i don't know if it is relevant but it seems to arrange the load order in alphabetical order. i know that is NOT supposed to happen Sys is Windows 7 x64 And i well surpass the recommended requirements Image of my problem http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/3068/oblivioni.png Last edited by Big $$$ Cotton: 07-22-2012 at 05:02 AM. |

I get this same load order here.
Kinda new to the game, but apparently everything works ok. But the GOTY deluxe on steam sale. Maybe the Data Files are listed in alphabetical order, but the load is in a different order ? How can i make sure all DLC are loaded ? |

As long as everything is checked it should mean the content is installed and should be available and working when launching Oblivion.

Aye, try run BOSS or switch load order manually in Oblivion.ini which is in Documents/My Games ([Game archives] section, if I remeber it correct). Also use either Nexus mod manager or Oblivion Mod Manager for editing load order manually but not from .ini.

I second Boss and suggest OBMM if you want to install lots of mods. I haven't messed with manually tweaking inis. OBMM is easy to use and detects any DLCs you have. You can simply uncheck or check the box to activate or deactivate. I've switched to using Wyre Bash instead of OBMM, but OBMM is easier to learn I think.
To the OP, Boss will correct your load order and force mods to work together. Hope you get it sorted

Nothing work I Don't Understand
This NEVER happened ever before. I feel like reinstalling windows where does Oblivion keep the information for it's load order because if i delete that and force reinstall just maybe it will work Also does anyone know of anything that could conflict like windows 7 adjusting it because it is so stupid and it sucks ♥♥♥♥ING WINDOWS 8 9 and 10 will suck too |

It is windows 7 being a ♥♥♥♥ i think a thread should be created about this being a sticky
After many hours of cutting myself in withdrawl I found the problem and yet no fix the oblivion load order arranges the files to how they are ordered in the data folder Stupid A$$ windows 7 removed the ability to re arrange files in your folders so essentially there is no ♥♥♥♥ING FIX Thanks windows 7 just die |
