I sent in a ticket for a refund so I can get the actual deal on it. I didn't install the game and it's sitting in my inventory. It's insane they lower a price of a game I bought a day or two before by that much >.>

So I got 11 hours to get a reply, have them help and refund, then buy it at the real price...can I do it!

Got the Franchise Pack for 9.79 from Australia as well. :-?? Ridiculous, even the base game is more expensive.

It must be a pricing error. I always miss out or hesitate on Steam pricing errors, but not this time.

You're silly for asking for a refund. YOU CHOSE to buy it when you THOUGHT it was a good deal. Just because it goes on sale again for less doesn't mean you are entitled to get it for what it goes for AFTER you bought it.

Actually not using or opening a product does normally tend to have a return policy. In my case I didn't use or open the product I bought so yeah a return would only be fair. Steam/Valve should also know putting the same exact game on sale for a lower price at the very end is bound to annoy people that bought it at the start.

Maybe, but every other time this was on sale during the Summer Event it was always $25. It seems really odd they'd lower the price on the last day in a Flash Deal.

Oh, okay, so you had the foresight and wisdom to know the game would be heavily discounted beyond what it has been for the past 10 days each time it's been in rotation? No, I didn't think so. None of us knew. If we did, no-one would have bought it until it came up for 91% off today. What they've done is - whether it's an error or not - snaked the customers that purchased the game early on in the sale. If I wanted to keep my customers happy, I'd return the difference they paid on the game to their Steam wallets.

So then either they will allow me to get the game at the current price or anyone that buys it at the "error" price get refunded and the game taken off their account.

And I am going to go ahead and say I highly doubt it's an error but we will find out when they reply to my ticket.

I feel so sorry for everyone that paid that much for this game but I am also very happy I was able to see this error on time to pick it up quickly. Weee~ Made my day.
