stuck with sidequest

hi guys!

i'm stuck with like 4-5 side quest because i don't have the skill necessary to complete
there's a way to complete quests like Helios One (requires repair) or the medic quest at the airbase without the skill requested?

For Helios One are talking about repairing the generator for the mainframe? If so, you can go upstairs in that same room and activate the Mr. Handy and it will do the repairs for you.

Not sure about the medical quest you mention as I haven't done that one.

Also, rember there are meds and magazines that you can use to up your skills temporarily, as well as clothing items.
