Dont send error

Hi, I just started playing Torchlight 1, and as soon as I used a health potion, the game closed, giving me the dont send error. Has anyone else had this problem and found out how to fix it? If so, please let me know.

Ummm... can you start the game again and use another potion later?

have you tried verifying and defraging game files, it could be missing or have a corrupt file
