They are. But I am not using them. Not invisible completely, 70% opacity

Dont be stupid, with respect. Games are distributed by they are and how they are wanted to be played, not to be cheated. You're asking if you can cheat on steam forums...

The game was not made to cheat. If you want to cheat, go ahead, if it makes something on your account, then you know why.

Modifying materials won't get you banned but you can't use them in pure servers.

is there a way to sort servers with the pure setting on?? cause i dont want to play on servers that allow the cheat skinns.

how can you tell that a server is pure????
