How can I get ready for Gmod 13?

OK. I'm pretty sure all of you have heard about gmod updating on September 24. It said that when the update comes, toybox will be gone and addons will break. I don't want to lose all my addons and toybox content that I got. Is there a way that I can save them so that they will still work or at least be available when the update comes?

I think it's more that SOME addons will break, rather than "all" of them, but that's just me crossing my fingers and hoping. Basically it'll be up to the creators of the addons to fix whatever is wrong. Given how long 13 has been in Beta, they may already be working on Workshop versions of things. I wonder how that will affect the entire gmod.org download site...
