MISSING KEYS

Hi

I can't activate the DLC!!!

I only have a key for Moxxi's underdome, but the others don't appear on steam.

The main problem is my character is at Dr. Ned's Island, so I CAN'T PLAY WITH HIM!!!

I need the activation keys and this issue resolved guys, seriously...

I'm in the same boat as you. My character is in the Dr. Ned area and I haven't been able to play either. They've run out of keys due to the all the sales that have been going on.....which is pretty ridiculous and should never happen.

i lost my key after i already have it months ago on amazon but it only showing one of thee key out of two

Steam ran out of keys and have already requested more. They said by Monday they should have it.

If you buy the GoTY edition, you will only have 2 keys. That's all there is

Also, Steam did run out of the keys during the sale and free weekend. But if you BOUGHT the game, you will be entitled to whatever keys are needed - so put a support ticket in and make sure you pay attention to your inbox for info.

Also, tha fonz: reported already for spreading completely misleading posts. You cannot get refunds for games on steam (except, I believe, preorders).

Oh, that's not good, I can see only one for Mad Mox. Will this mean I won't be able to play my other DLC?

No, there are ONLY two keys at all. The other two don't require them. Jacob's Cove and Moxxi's Underground are the ones needing the keys. Tbone and Tartarus don't, they're included without activation on the GOTY edition.

So if you've got trouble with an EXISTING key not working, get on with support. But if you own the game and it's GOTY, you are *guaranteed* those keys at some point.

Also, if you HAVE a key and you just are having trouble putting it in the game or accessing the area, there is a known issue with it. Clicking on Jacob's or Moxxi will 'stall' the game out. This is because the CDkey window opens UNDER the game window. You'll have to tab out and fiddle with looking for it, no cursor, it's not easy but its there. So if you know you have the right edition, and the screen is just kind of waiting for you to load, look under the window.

I hope so. This is ridiculous, I feel disappointed, when more people is coming, no keys WTF!

The other two dlcs are good, maxxi is meh and zombies is kinda boring compare to the claptrap revo and armory.

So yeah, I only have the Mad Moxxi's or w/e key as well. I had the 2 keys up the first time I started the game, but since then 1 key disappeared.

How can tehy run out of keys when i bought the game and DLC's nearly 2 years ago, played them and had the keys, now the keys dissappear, this is BS.

I lost the key for the zombie island dlc too; I had two keys before the weekend; and now I have only Moxy's...

It sucks when You cannot use stuff You purchased.
