These recording programs will VAC ban me?

Hello guys.

I'm looking for a good recording program, and i found 2:
- FRAPS
- Screencast-O-Matic

OK, they can record in high quality and they have watermarks because i have the free version.
But, if i record a game on TF2, i'm going to be VAC banned?

Incidentally, don't use FRAPS. It's awfully unoptimised, and extremely limited (even the full version), the resulting videos are uncompressed and therefore way too large for any practical purposes and will cause fragmentation issues.

I don't have any experience with ScreenCast-O-Matic, but I would be suprised if it was worse than FRAPS.
