Where is Dishonored preorder?

They announced all these editions everywhere,but nothing about the digital sellers.

Borderlands 2 is here(even BOII!!),where is that?

When the publisher feels like putting up Pre-purchase. Why are there so many threads asking for "Why XXX isn't up for Pre-Order" (Which it's not even a Pre-Order, it's a Pre-purchase.) Nobody can ever tell you when something is coming up for Pre-Purchase.
