Does blocking prevent them from posting on your profile?

Because these two guys have been harassing me because I support JigglysFunHouse, and deleting their comments gets annoying after awhile.

Dunno...but why don't you set your comment permissions to friends only?

Yes, blocking prevents posting them.
Also, you won't receive any friend invites from them anymore.
