£13.99 No Way
The DLC received lukewarm reviews at best. Theres no way I'm spending half the cost of the game for a couple of hours game play. I might pick up the cheap GOTY edition when all the DLC is out, depending how it shapes up.

Yeah I'm right along with ya there. Seems to me that $19.99 is way too high for what is on offer in this DLC. I'm not sure what I'd actually be willing to pay for this DLC, maybe 1/2, maybe even less than that.

$19.99 in the US. Yeah, I'm passing on that unless it goes on sale for dirt cheap. I personally don't see a reason to drop the money on it when I have mods anyways.

Hah! I got Skyrim on disk ages ago and I'm still on my first character, so I don't see any need for Vampires anyway. £5.00 and maybe I'll get it - eventually. ~ |

High price was expected. I'm probably going to be buying it any way because i don't want to miss on content, i'm amazed if some of you people have the discipline to not buy it ^^ unless that's your monthly income or something lol.

this is why you always wait for the complete pack before buying and elder scrolls game, or any dlc heavy game in general

Is it just me or are gamers are becoming just as greedy and penny pinching as the big name publishers they hate so much
seriously, its 20$ for an expantion pack , 10-20 hours, armor sets 2 new skill trees, new forms , weapons crossbows full voice acting, new places.... 20$ is nothing to me, even on minimum wage. even if your somewhat interested in skyrim , it should be a no brainer |

I'll go with that, I got all the FO3 DLC's on Disc at the local stores for less per disc than Steam will ask for one Skyrim PC DLC, BTW the FO3 Disc's had two DLC's on each. As I said elsewhere $20 American will be a lot higher in Aussie $ so for more Vampires (Yuk) a bit of extra content and a Cross Bow I would never want to use. I'm English by birth and use a Bow, if they where good enough at Agincourt to win the day that's good enough for me ![]() ![]()

Shivering Isles was 20 bucks on release too.
And Shivering Isles was awesome. I can't speak for dawnguard, but at least it isn't horse armor. |

Aw, gawd, he's come over here now. Bog off back to that raging inferno in the American price thread. This is for Commonwealth citizens and The American Friends of Europe only. We don't want your nastiness here. Ever wondered why those big argument threads always have you making at least 30% of the posts?
