Problem with DLC

I bought the Robin & Nightwing bundles as well as the Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC at the same time as I bought the game back during the summer sale. The game works fine, but I can't seem to activate the DLC. When I go to the challenge maps I can only use Batman or Catwoman, and the Harley's Revenge campaign isn't coming up in the main menu. I've looked at the steam store pages for these pieces of DLC and it confirms that I own them.
Help?

There's actually an excellent thread on this topic, but I'll try to help out here.

I'll preface this by saying that a lot of users, myself included, have experienced their own unique hurdles trying to install these DLC packs. The first step is to find and redeem your product keys. If you haven't checked the box to stop showing them, these should come up every time you start the game, and you can also bring them up while in-game through the Steam UI by hitting Shift-Tab. Redeeming the keys is pretty easy. From the menu screen in-game after selecting your save file, choose the GFWL icon, which will open the GFWL UI at the top of your screen. Click on your gamer tag in the box on the left side to open your profile. On the right side will be a menu of choices, one of which will say "Redeem Code." This is where you go to enter your product keys. You can only redeem one at a time. To make it easy, open the Steam UI, click on the product key that you want to redeem, then click the Copy to Clipboard button. Return to GFWL, make sure your cursor is in the first box, then hit Ctrl-V to paste in the key. After it's redeemed, you can return to your profile screen and redeem the other keys.

That's the easy part. Installing is what has caused a lot of the headaches. To install, either minimize or exit the game, then open the actual GFWL Marketplace program on your computer. Enter your log-in information, if necessary, then sign in; when the client loads, click on the Downloads tab at the top. GFWL should recognize your purchases; click Download for each one to start the download process. When each one finishes, you'll see an Install button; click it to install the pack.

Many users have encountered different types of errors when trying to either download or install the DLC packs. Problems with actual installation may be fixable by installing the patch from Microsoft from here: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/...-download-help.

See this thread for even more information, including possible issues with both GFWL and even the .NET framework that can contribute to problems with the DLC packs. Good luck.

No Key

I have no access to the key at all. It says steam automatically downloads the dlc, but it is not on the game at all. I cannot find any way to get the key to enter into the GFWL thingy.

From the library screen on Steam, click on the game and then on the CD Key link on the right. (If you're in grid view, click the Details button after pointing to its box, then you'll see the CD Key link over on the right.) This will bring up the box with any product keys you have. You can also hit Shift-Tab within the game to find access to this information. If the box only shows the key for the main game, I would contact Steam support as it sounds like a problem with your purchases. Also, check the Steam store pages again and make sure you have the green bar that says you already own each DLC.

Steam does NOT download the DLC for this game automatically, it all does have to be done using GFWL. It's a headache, I know. :-/ Fingers crossed this gets you in the right direction.
