Steam Error Code: -118

I can't connect to my profile page, or get on any Steam Groups I am in. All I can really do is look at the Store pages. I've tried a few games to see if I could look at them and I can, but other then store things and looking at my 'account history', I can't do anything else with my Steam. What's going on?

The only recent things I've done is change my password on Steam and the security question. I even logged out and logged back in and disabled Steam Guard for a couple seconds before turning it back on. What's going on?

This is what I get in the message.

As for my internet, my ISP has bad service or however you say it and I occasionally get disconnected while playing games along with my family using the internet as well. So maybe... could that be the problem? Recent things I did was enable UPNP(sp?) and try to configure the QoS for priorities etc. (which kind of failed). But that's all.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's not just you, I've been trying and I get the same problem, and its not letting me trade with someone and they are also having the same problem, it's something with the server.

All I really suggest is to wait it out, shouldn't be more than half an hour (worst case).

Steam/Valve is looking into the problem at the moment. Will probably be fixed within the hour.

I'm still getting this every once in a while. My internet works fine, at speedtest I average 32mbps download speed. Steam has been working just fine until recently when i installed these "Recommended" updates from windows.

it must be nice to run into this problem and have it fixed within hours>_> i couldn't get on the store for over a week now from this same error. and support doesn't seem to be the least bit interested in replying to me.

Pleas need help!

This is a error ticket i waiting for 3 month but it is negative. Pleas I want repair it becaus i have some games on steam and my brother's computer the same as my problem we can't look the shop or we cant look the player profils and we can't get nothing.So pleas i can wait all times but realy want back my steam.We are live in Turkey.

Can't purchase in store for like 5 hours. When I click "Purchase for myself" it gives me that error. All else is working fine I think. I'm from Russia.
