Restoring old screenshots?

So yesterday, I had a problem with updating the Steam and had to delete folders out of my Steam sub-directory (except for steamapps and steam.exe). But now I can't find the old screenshots I've taken so much of. The files I deleted are all in my Recycle Bin, so is there any chance that they could be in any of those folders? If so, which?

You need to put the .jpg in the above and in

Steam\userdata\(numbers)\760\remote\(appid)\screen shots\thumbnail

Then if you go to your library (set to 'details view') and click on the screenshot button the screenshot manager should open and allow you to re-upload you shots.
