[Bug] Building Restricted.

So, I was unable to recreate this but here's the issue.
When I was playing a Match Setup 1v1, It began as normal. About 10-15 minutes in to the match, I was not allowed to build any longer. I was not blocking the path, I tried to build randomly off to the side of the map, it did not work. My cursor remained red.

Here is how everything was set up.

I had all level two mines with max workers.
Fully upgraded Knights and Barons.
No castle upgrades.
I was also playing on max settings at 1920x1080[16:9].

I have never had issues with the game besides 1 or 2 freezes, and a couple times when a match canceled right at the start.

I've had my shift key stuck in game before, maybe you had ctrl click stuck and couldnt build?

I would doubt it because I did not use any hotkeys other then tab and space.
