How long does it take to get a reply from steam support?

Sent 3 messages on steam support on Friday and i havnt had a reply at all. How long does it take (if they reply back at all). Im new to this so have no idea

It takes longer if you send more than 1 message about the same thing. Did you create 3 separate tickets for the same issue?

My shortest wait was 9 days. Longest was over a month.

one was an original text/explanation, other was a photograph of proof of purchase and 3rd was asking if anyone was there lol

I brought 2nd hand copy of football manager 2012 and got proof ofactual game etc. i need it transfered to my steam account

Never faster than 2 days from my experience, my last one took 8 days and they did not read it, received a standard reply suggesting me to waste my time on things i already have tried.

They really need to improve the support, for now I also have a big issue with money who's not in my wallet and should be and in 5 days of painfull wait, they just said me they'll investigate.
