How Much Real World Money Would It Take...

to get one of every single obtainable (as in, not the old promos, winter crates, proof of purchase, primeval warrior badge, charity bundle hats, etc) hat and misc in every quality (excluding unusual) that it comes in?

How much more would it take to purchase every weapon in strange/vintage/genuine quality?

This is assuming that $5 = 3 keys = 7 ref 2 rec.

Any random guesstimates? Would anyone even be bothered to figure it all out?

This is purely hypothetical, of course.

EDIT: Why not tack in one of each tool/paint while we're at it. Just for fun.

A LOT.

One of the unusual hats sold for $2,000 real-life dollars.

So I'd say something around $30,000, minimum.

Well you would need quite a few Backpack Expanders, right? Would those be counted in the equation?

Edit: Actually if you tried to get every quality, you probably wouldn't be able fit it all, could you?

But that would only get you a Genuine Minigun that only works for 12 seconds.

Excluding unusuals, broski. Also it assumes you have unlimited backpack space provided you keep getting the expanders.

keys can be bought for 1.25 (sometimes as low as 1.10) and refined can be 0.45 - 0.50

You could use the spreadsheet and add up all the values on what you want and do the math based on the costs above.

Also depends on if you just want the items or if they must be tradeable and craftable as well. Dirty items are far cheaper.

I'd love to see someone calculate the total Ref to buy all the items (excluding unusuals)

Pretty sure we still run the Pokedollars system.

You'll need to win a lot of battles OP.

Every item, every quality? A lot. Consider the Vintage Shortstop, probably only one in the world. I bet if you offered 800 keys for it you would be turned down. Vintage Companion Cube Pin... 400 keys+, Vintage Max Head... 1400 keys+.

A backpack with every item in it? Sounds pretty cheap.

I'm joking of course, it's actually worth more than you'll ever earn in your entire life.
