Witcher 2 doesn't start up

First time start Witcher 2, never played it before. It gives me an error message saying that I need .net framework. After that installs it fizzles out and the game doesn't work. I tried all the fixes I can find such as renaming redist and ect. No luck. Now when I try to launch the game it just fizzles out right after "Preparing to launch witcher 2". Any suggestions?
