List of log entries?

I'm trying for the secret achievement "Training Completed", for which I need to discover all log entries. I've scoured the entire internet, but I cannot find any information about it anywhere.

Has anyone completed this achievement and cares to list all log entries? I'd reckon the title/description alone is enough to found out how to collect them. It would be a big help, as I'm sure a lot of other people are looking for this as well.

Also, I'm having problems with the log entry for "offline mode". I've played some games offline, but this log entry eludes me. Any suggestions?

It's impossible to do it at the moment. The log entry that you're missing is the offline mode.

The problem is that you can only get that one while being in offline mode, which means it won't count towards your online profile. The developers are aware of this problem, so maybe it will be fixed with the deep ocean expansion.
