Unhappy How can I shift Steam data to another hard drive?

Dear gamers,

I installed Steam on C drive and naturally all the games I downloaded went straight there. How can I get it to D drive without losing any data and make sure that all future games go to the directory in D drive?

Your help please,

The reputation system will only reveal itself after you've get a postcount of 10.
It will only become useful (e.g. your +rep actions actually adding to the other's reputation) after you reach a postcount of 50 posts.
