Orcs Must Die ! 2

Hi !
I bought, 3 days ago, "Orcs Must Die ! 2", enjoying that i could play with my brother.
I installed the game and all that ♥♥♥♥, BUT when i want to launch the game, he just don't want.
He says that the game is starting, but doesn't even open a window, in process, no game launched, and i can clic as much as i want, it wouldn't change anything.
I tried to find the problem with looking at the docs' and doing the steam test, there, it is said that i miss ONE file of the game, that will be restored NOW.
I do the same test, and it's said that i have ONE FILE again missing.

I'm just lost and so disappointed of not getting any answer of steam ( i asked for support ) in 4 days of waiting. It's just unbelievable.

So if someone could help me, it would be soooo nice ! I don't know anymore what i can do, after 4 install of the game in one day, reinstall DX, C++, ...................

Just some little problem ; I have no steam (Maj+Tab) on the game? normal?
I can't play with my brother.. :/
