team fortress 2 just stopped working

around the 10th or 11th of august my tf2 would play up as it gets past the title screen stuff (showing valve and source made it) and when it gets to the loading screen it stops working and it says h12 stopped responding and its been on my nerves as nothing has worked

if you do know anything on how to fix it plzz tell me im clueless on what next to do

ive done it two times im trying third time but so far that hasant worked
