Cannot Trade Dota items

So I was wondering to transfer dota2 items from old steam account to new one, so I logged to 2 PC's
from first one i logged to old
and from second to new account and i transfer these items I get this error:
There was an error while comitting the trade. No items have been exchanged.

any fix?

yea and I transfered from new one to old one, and now i cant get items from old one to new one

Steam trading issssssssssssss COMPLETELY BROKEN like a leg that's broken completely. You can try and walk on it (put items in the trade window and hit trade,) but it's a no go. You still receive item: broken leg when you thought you traded for a moderate sprain.

i just did a trade with someone and neither of us have the items we traded for...they've completely vanished and the item server is up on tf2

Same here- in one trade all of the metal I put in vanished, and in another only a scrap did.
