getting refunded, is it possible?

with all of these endless problems regarding steam such as the stalled downloads for most recent, is it possible to get refunded for games that require steam to activate and run? as someone who has spent a lot of money on games that I cannot now even play, I consider it unfair that I am being forced to wait for a solution. if this were a set of speakers I could return them to the store for a refund, so how do I go about this on steam

You can get a refund for:
- preorders
- Games you can't get to work after working with steam and third party dev/publisher support
- An occasional courtesy refund for honest mistakes.

Chance of getting a refund for a whole stack of games because you're tired of recent issues, zero.

For second one isn't true i had problem with invladi cd key for ubi client and they didn't refund me or give me new key, so i don't think steam will refund.

It is for technical issues. Dodgy keys are a different story.
