Counter-Strike crash - "Abnormal program termination"

Hello!
I can not enter the game Counter Strike. Do not have time to come play inscriptions (Search server, options, new game, etc.), the game crashes:

Runtime error!
Program: ...files\steam\steamapps\lamo_ml9\counter-strike\hl.exe

abnormal program termination

It started 3-4 days ago.

Win XP SP3

I do not know what to do. I have no way to reinstall the system.

Problem solved updating video drivers and sound drivers, as well as updating Microsoft Visual C++.
