Camping snipers is NOT endemic to just BF3

I was going to buy Ghost Recon: Future Soldier during the Steam w/e special.

But then I came across this video, where it looks like a lot of useless players are camping/sniping instead of helping their team achieve its objectives.

Since I already have to contend with a lot of useless campers/snipers in BF3, I figure I'll just wait for COD:BO2 and use its weapons/gadgets to deal with them there.

EDIT: Turns out that Future Soldier is incredibly buggy beyond belief. That issue, among others, means I won't be getting this game anytime soon.

Haven't we been telling you all along it isn't exclusive to bf3? CoD the maps are the size of a shoe box so no long range so you will likely only run into quick scopers or easy kills. There really was no reason to use a sniper rifle in the first black ops and I don't expect the second to be any different.

The game is terrible anyway, Ghost Recon is only the name but nothing related to previous games. 3rd person arcade shooter with covers and self healing. 55/100 from AG.ru is the very well deserved score.

P.S. Besides, developers are putting Russian language into the game without having any clue what does it mean - http://cdn.steampowered.com/v/gfx/ap...g?t=1344450601

Yes, you all have been telling me that camping/sniping isn't exclusive to BF3. I've been telling you all that I detest campers/snipers in any game, even if it appeared more prevalent in BF3.

As for COD, the presence of snipers really depends on the layout of the map. Besides, there will always be players who will want to play sniper even if the map layout or situation don't call for it.

According to Google translate, "жон склад" is "JONS warehouse".
So at least the latter part is a word.

The way it's written means "Jon warehouse" not Jon's, which doesn't make any sense.

I really wish I knew where you played so I could run around all game long shooting at your feet with a sniper rifle instead of playing the objectives. Bet I could get you to rage quit and break your own mouse within 3 or 4 games.

I don't know about anyone else but when the enemy team has a few good snipers in location it aint easy to get around and secure objectives without getting a round in the mellon. But I suppose in your own little world Omega, that type of play doesn't help with anything.

Just because yer not very good with the recon class doesn't mean they arn't useful.
