Running two Steam accounts on one computer?

I'm pretty much quitting Super MNC and TF2 and I want to transfer my items to my sister's account, but we use the same computer. I can't exactly trust the people on my friends list to get the items safely to my sis's account. Is there any way to run two Steam accounts on one computer or transfer items between accounts? I won't be running games or anything, I just want to trade the items over.

Edit: I can't use the Sandboxie program for some reason. Whenever I try to trade between our accounts, the trade window freezes up and Steam crashes.

Install Virtual Box, Create a Virtual machine, Install OS, Install Steam, Trade Items all from one computer.

VirtualBox will always work, however it takes some time to set it up. A place with multiple public computers maybe?

I log in to the client and via a browser when sending things to and from my trading account. Takes a bit longer than using the trade window.
