Can this pc run games?

Hi, so I am planning to get a laptop, but i don't know if it's the greatest. Here are the system stuff:

Processor: 2.3 GHz AMD Turion 64 X2

RAM: 4 GB DDR2

Graphics Coprocessor: Mobility Radeon

Card Description: Mobility Radeon HD 4200

Graphics Card Ram Size: 128 MB

Screen Resolution: 1280 x 800

I was wondering if this is good enough to run games like dota 2 on the lowest settings or team fortress 2 on the lowest settings.

Wait so this is NEW?!

Might want to spend your money on another laptop.

1. 1st gen 64 X2 is HELLA old. 2nd gen is already out and almost soon to be replaced.
2. The CPU isn't very strong.
3. DDR2 is outdated as well. DDR3 is now the standard type.
4. The HD 4200 on board is weak compared to the onboards now. You can get descrete card level performance now!

Better to look for an AMD APU-based system or laptop with a seperate graphics card or with Intel HD 3000 / 4000 inboard graphics.

You'll be able to run Tf2 on low, but don't expect it to be very smooth - especially with lots of action happening. DOTA 2; maybe but not likely going to be fun and smooth sailing.

For $250 you will most likely not be able to run many games. Possibly on the lowest settings, but not to a degree of being comfortable.

I had a old Toshiba with a Turion X2 and HD 4200. It ran LoL at 60 FPS on lowest and source games at 70 FPS on lowest as I recall. You should be able to run Dota2 on lowest settings smoothly.

For 450$, it is much better. I believe there was one with almost identical specs for 400$

These are worth the extra and should play tf2 at max/near max.
Im sorry, but you are not going to find much for less then 400 that is good for any sort of gaming. If you could raise your price to 500-800, there are some incredible options, but you may not want to spend that much. The one I posted is great for the price.
