Windows Cannot find Updatetool.exe?

Just started getting this error yesterday and I've never seen it before. Googling about it tells me nothing, that it could be a virus, or just a windows process. It isn't effecting anything, but it is odd. Anyone know what this is about?

Thanks, It's not harming anything so far, so I think I'll let it go a little longer, as I just did a fresh windows install a couple weeks ago. What is the process though? Almost no information on it from googling, is it something to do with the actual windows up manager?
