Question Dispatching partcle problems

Hi my friends on vdc.
I've got troubled by this prob this days.
I used a DispatchParticleEffect() function in a client file, and the particle is actually showed up, but it seems that it is always spawn at the center of the map no matter what coordinates i send.
Whats wrong with this?

DispatchParticleEffect("character_lock_on", pPlayer->GetAbsOrigin(),pPlayer->GetAbsAngles());
and the coords and angles are validated as well as the pPlayer pointer, im sure it gots the right data.
