New Vegas Mouse Lag, PLEASE Help?

So I just downloaded Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition and I have terrible mouse lag. I've went on Google and I saw many people had this problem but I've tried other's suggestions.

I've tried to add that mouse code thing which did not work..
fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0
fForegroundMouseBase=0
fForegroundMouseMult=0

I then tried changing that one other thing from 1 to 0.. I don't remember the name of it specifically but that ended up fixing the mouse lag.. the only problem was that it mest up my whole game making it extremely choppy and laggy and sped up? I tried switching that back from 0 to 1 but it wouldn't work and ended up having to delete and install the ENTIRE thing again.

So I'm kinda desperate here and really need some help.. Just as a side note I did both save and change both NV preferences notes to "Read Me Only" or whatever and I'm running on a Alienware that can play the game at max settings..
PLEASE HELP.

I used to have some mouse lag as well, I'm fairly sure I used those config lines and it fixed the problem.

Did you add those lines to both fallout_default.ini in the game's folder and also fallout.ini in "C:\Users\<your name\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV"?

Those config changes SHOULD have fixed mouse acceleration.
There's a rather good config editor app called New Vegas Configator you might want to try too and see if it fixes it. Can disable mouse acceleration with a click on it among tons of other tweaks. There's a version for Fallout 3 too, I believe.
