Unhappy The Most Ignored Hats/Miscs In All Of TF2

Is it just me or is the Hotdogger the most ignored hat in the game?
I have never seen a player wearing the Hotdogger in my TF2 life.

How about you have you never seen a hat/misc in you TF2 life?

Infernal Impaler.

Ugly as, but still neglected.

I wore the Hotdogger once. People kept asking me about my day at the hot dog stand.

I still wonder how such an ugly hat made it to the game, yet some awesome things in the workshop will never do the same. By the way no wonder nobody wears it, it has to be the ugliest hat in the entire game.

Even though it's generally agreed that it's awesome, I've rarely seen people wear the El Jefe.

I've never seen the Couvre Corner either, but that may be because it's so damn small.

I never see most of the Pyro hats.
Things like the Madame Dixie, the Waxy Wayfinder, or the Stately Steel Toe are almost non-existent.

They look so similar to the default Scout shoes that I honestly don't even notice if somebody is wearing them.

I dimly recall there being a time with no paintable hats

whatever happened to them?
