OK - if you have all the necessary repaints, did you clear the blueprints cache?

Yes Wally. Trying again now with different reskins of the 43 XC and WRcs 37 0r 47 whatever.I deleted blueprints in Assets /Kuju and wherever else and I'll clear cache again.
Stupid game.

edit: Finally after some hours. I had to swap the 43 Xc and the WRCS one and fiddle about with all sorts. It better work now

something else strange is going on.
I ran Package manager on both my current game (in steam) and my back up (outside steam) which I took right before the upgrade. There are discrepancies.

I have a load of stuff not in package manager list, some still exist in the game nevertheless, some dont. So what happens if I do a verify-cache, will it remove the ones that are not in the list?

missing assets from package manager:
8f pack
acela
a3 flying scotsman
bristol-exeter
class 02 pack
class 111 pack
class 170 pack
class 325 express mail
class 33 pack
class 67 jubilee
class 67 pack
class 70 pack
class 76 & 77 pack
Falmouth branch line
horseshoe curve
project platform
woodhead line
west coast main line

I have a ticket open with steam for the missing scotsman, but not sure who to raise a with for this one? who is it maintains the package manager list - RSC or Steam?

There is no problem for you here. The package manager is basically for you to pack and unpack assets. Steam know what files to verify, and (apart from the update

) they never remove files.

If you are concerned: go to Railworks>PackageInfo of your backup and copy it, or just the contents, to your Steam installation

Give them some time to fix this, they will ensure everything you may have purchased will become available but they are having probably huge support/fix load because of the new release.

This is rather weird, every post, i've read somthing like "missing king", but i've got my king installed and works, baring in mind i did uninstall my RW before the upgrade, i am how ever missing a few things tho, most of them from TS2012.

But most of the missing content arn't missing just not loading, i search my TS2013 files and found most of the missing DLC, but ingame they missing, i've searched though all the menu's but none show, how ever in the editor i can load and place them, working with no errors. still can't work out why this is, anyone?

I'm sure they have so many emails already that they wont find mine if I raised one for a few weeks anyway. So I might as well wait and see...

Wota: Thanks for the tip, but I'll leave that until after all this has been cleared up then copy it over if there's still stuff missing from it.

My Railworks.exe file is only 8.00KB in size which means I can't even get to the menu page. Bring back a working simulator please.

Maybe you should just delete it (or move it somewhere else) and then do the local files verify operation? Steam should fix it for you.

Well railworks came up with the correct name 20(13)... unlucky, well i'm not purchasing anything else off steam until the get their act in order when they are raking in millions off the suspecting public. Its disgraceful for them to take your hard earned money just to play along as if nothing has happened.
