Unhappy Best Nvidia fps drivers for CS:GO?

I have a Nvidia GTS 450 card, not the best card but I get 120-220 fps on High 1280*720.

I have the latest drivers I think 9.18.13.623 aug 30 2012 but I have a feeling that the drivers I had before I updated them twice gave me substansually more fps.

I could be like 160-270 fps.

I had them drivers for a while maybe over 6 months back, but I cant remember which ones they were.

Which are the most fps giving Nvidia drivers, and where do I find them? Link pls.

Good luck with those FPS. I have a GTS 480 and I don't reach close to 270. Your card is much slower than mine. The newest driver IMO is the best as it includes optimizations for CS:GO.

Well it did go higher before, not saying steady 270 fps though

I noticed the difference when I updated the drivers, fps droped generally by 20-40 fps maybe.

But this was pre-release maybe they changed the game after that?

I got the 480 as well. GO is not being bottlenecked by our graphics cards though. Depending on the OPs CPU, he may get better frames than either of us, especially if he is playing at a res of 1280x720. At that res in GO, one could probably get away with a 7000 series nvida.

My fps is usually between 80 and 150. Fps commands would be lovely to make an fps config but no valve suck

I remember when people who used fps cfgs dreamed of getting 80fps.

What's the deal with having 300+ FPS? Lock it to 128 and you're fine.
